We installed our ticketless system for Quadrant Investment Properties for their marque asset in Uptown, Dallas. The Centrum has been transformed to become the home to Dallas' most forward thinking & fresh minded businesses and entrepreneurs in Uptown. This mixed-use facility consists of over 390,000 square feet, more than 900 parking spaces on 4 levels of underground parking, hosts 5 onsite reputable restaurants, a 15,000 outdoor courtyard and a 6,000 square foot fitness center.
Goddard Investment Group selected our total management platform for their 12-story, 342k SF office building in DC called "National Square at 500 D Street SW. The building was developed by Trammell Crow on behalf of the trust on the site of the former DC Children and Family Services Agency.
